VAG DPF provides critical information regarding the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and its regeneration cycles utilizing an ELM327 Bluetooth/Wi-Fi adapter. The application enables users to monitor whether a regeneration process is active, awaiting completion, and tracks metrics such as distance traveled since the last regeneration. Unlike standard OBD2 applications that rely on conventional commands, this app utilizes CANBUS commands, necessitating a high-quality ELM327 adapter for proper functionality (see notes below).

Important: Before purchasing the full version, it is recommended to test the free "VAG DPF Free" application to verify compatibility with your adapter, Android device, and engine configuration.

• Fake or cloned adapters from China: Not advisable due to inconsistency and unreliability; results can vary unpredictably.
